益气活血利水通络中药配合淋巴按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：方法:将58例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各29例,对2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后患肢上臂周径差值进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义,2组治疗前后患肢周径差值比较均明显改善,治疗组改善更明显。结论:益气活血利水通络中药配合淋巴按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿具有较好的临床疗效。Methods： 58 cases of patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer operations were randomized into 29 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group,in which the 2 group clinical outcomes were compared in terms of the difference between the upper arm circumference before and after treatment. Results： The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher compared with the control group in terms of the statistically significant difference,and the difference of the upper arm circumference pre and post the treatment was significantly improved,while the treatment group improved more significantly. Conclusion： Chinese herbal medicine treatment by strengthening qi,activating blood,freeing collateral vessels and inducing diuresis combined with lymphatic massage in treating upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer operations has better clinical efficacy.
