填塞术联合开放式乳突根治术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察填塞术联合开放式乳突根治术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果.方法:选取我院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者60例,按照数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取开放式乳突根治术治疗,观察组在此基础上采取填塞术治疗,比较两组临床效果.结果:观察组治疗后气导听力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组复发率3.33%,对照组复发率13.33%,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对化脓性中耳炎患者采用单纯的根治手术已经可以达到满意的治疗效果,联合应用乳突填塞术可使耳道保存完整,改善患者术后听力.AIM： To observe the clinical effect of tamponade combined with open radical mastoidectomy in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media. METHODS： A total of 60 pa- tients with chronic suppurative otitis media in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received open radical mastoidectomy, while the observation group received obliteration treatment besides open radical mastoidectomy. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： After the treatment, air conduction hearing levels of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate of the observation group and control group were 3.33% and 13.33% respectively, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： To treat suppurative otitis media by radical surgery alone can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect, and when combined with mastoid obliteration, it can keep the ear canal intact and im- prove postoperative hearing.
