摘　　要："卓越工程师"人才培养,重点以工程素质、工程实践能力和创新能力培养为主;本文探讨如何在建筑工程类卓越人才培养中的实践中,通过校内、特别是校外实践教学基地建设、来保障和提升的实践教学活动的质和量;也探讨了如何以培养出真正满足社会需要的建筑工程类卓越工程师人才为目标,来促进学生各方面能力的提高。The key point to cultivate excellent engineer is to foster the capability of constricting qualified project, capability of practicing and innovation. This paper illustrates how the excellent engineer cultivation practicing can be performed, by developing inside school, especially outside school practicing base, targeting on both quality and quantity of the teaching activities.
