中药联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对干眼症的疗效及对泪液分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药汤剂联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对干眼症患者疗效及对泪液分泌的影响。方法:本组142例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各71例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合自拟中药汤剂治疗。两组患者疗程均为4周。对比分析两组患者治疗后疗效,治疗前后泪液分泌量,治疗过程中不良反应发生情况及随访6个月复发情况。结果:治疗组治疗4周后总有效率(92.96%)显著高于对照组(71.83%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组泪液分泌量显著多于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组患者均未见明显不良反应;治疗组随访复发率显著低于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤剂联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对干眼症患者疗效显著,可明显增加泪液分泌量,具有重要临床研究意义。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops to treat dry eye syndrome and impact on tear secretion.Methods：142cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group according to the random number table figures,71 cases in each group.The controlled group was received sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the treatment group was received self-made TCM decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The two groups of patients were treated for 4weeks.Comparative analysis of the two groups of clinical efficacy after treatment,tear secretion before and after treatment,the situation of adverse reaction occurrence the course of treatment and after treatment of adverse reactions,recurrence for 6months follow-up.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group after 4 weeks（92.96%）was significantly higher（71.83%）than the controlled group,and had a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;tear secretion after treatment of the treatment group was significantly more than the controlled group,and with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）,patients were no significant adverse reactions in the course of treatment;follow-up recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlled group,and had a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It has obvious effect of using self-made TCM decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in patients with severe dry eye,can significantly increase the amount of tear secretion,has important clinical significance.
