摘　　要：京津风沙源治理工程,经过14年艰苦的努力,取得了阶段性、决定性建设成果。提出了持续推进京津风沙源治理工程建设,最大限度地发挥其生态和经济效益的战略战术。建议加强效益开发,巩固治理成果和扩大治理面积并举,逐步在晋北建设完备的区域性生态体系。Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source treatment project, after 14 years of hard efforts, has made phased and decisive results. The paper puts forward the sustainable advance the Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source treatment project, maximize its strategy and tactics of ecological and economic benefits. Suggestions to strengthen bene- fit development, consolidate management achievements and expand governance area, gradually complete the region- al ecological system in northern Shanxi Province construction.
