中西医结合脱毒治疗的分析研究

摘　　要：目的评价中西医结合脱毒治疗的临床疗效。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),收集国内有关中西医结合脱毒治疗试验的相关研究。在严格进行评价质量的基础上,使用Rev Man4.2软件对符合条件的研究进行数据分析。结果经过筛选后,共有6篇文献,1078例患者满足纳入标准。与对照组比较,治疗组有效率的合并检验分析结果为:Z=6.91,P<0.01,合并后的OR值为5.29,95%CI为(3.30,8.48)。结论分析结果显示中西医结合脱毒治疗是一种有效的治疗药物依赖的方法。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of detoxification treatment by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines. Methods Related research of detoxifieation treatment by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines in China were collected by computer retrieval in China national knowledge infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP science and technology journal database （VIP）, and China biology medicine database （CBM）. On the basis of strict quality evaluation, RevMan 4.2 software was applied for data analysis in qualified literatures. Results There were totally 6 literatures after screening, with a total of 1078 patients under admission standard. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had analysis result in effective combination detection as Z=6.91, P〈0.01, with OR as 5.29, and CI as （3.30, 8.48）. Conclusion Analysis result shows that detoxification treatment by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicines is an effective method in treating drug dependence.
