摘　　要：近年来,随着畜牧业的不断发展,人们对鸡蛋的安全、营养等方面的要求越来越苛刻,畜牧行业存在的一些问题也越来越突出,特别是饲料利用率低、原料缺乏、成本高等问题。而蛋白质的成本最高,因此最大化地利用蛋白质和氨基酸,即用最少的氨基酸达到最大的经济效益也是目前面临的问题。文章对近年来蛋鸡氨基酸的需要量、氨基酸,营养调控和产蛋鸡理想蛋白质模式的最新研究进展进行了阐述。In recent years, with the continuous development of animal husbandry, the requirements for the safety of eggs, nutrition and other aspects become more demanding. And some problems are also more and more outstanding, especially for feed utilization, lack of raw materials and high cost. And the cost of protein is the highest, so it is the problem that we have to use the least amino acids to achieve the maximum economic benefits. The need of amino acids, the regulation of amino acids and the latest research progress of the ideal protein patterns of laying hens were summarized in this paper.
