摘  要:使纤维增强树脂基复合材料加筋板在70℃、水浴条件下达到吸湿平衡,然后对普通加筋板和吸湿平衡后加筋板进行压缩试验,研究了湿热环境对复合材料屈曲形式、屈曲载荷、破坏载荷和承载能力的影响。结果表明:两种加筋板的破坏形式均主要表现为筋条的脱胶、断裂和蒙皮的撕裂,吸湿后的加筋板仍存在后屈曲过程,但其屈曲载荷下降了8.4%,破坏载荷下降了19.2%。Fiber-reinforced resin matrix composite stiffened panels were put in water at 70 ℃ until the absorbing moisture reached a balance.The compression experiments were conducted for the common stiffened panels and the stiffened panels after absorbing moisture.The effects of hygrothermal environment on the buckling mode,buckling load,failure load and carrying capacity of the composite stiffened panel were studied.The results show that the failure modes of the two kinds of stiffened panels mainly contained the debonding and fracture of stiffener and the tearing of skin.Post-buckling progress still could be found after absorbing moisture of the stiffened panel.But its buckling load and failure load dropped by 8.2% and 19.2% after absorbing moisture.
