肾淋巴瘤与肾癌、肾错构瘤声像图特点比较

摘　　要：目的探讨肾淋巴瘤的声像学特点,并与肾癌、肾错构瘤进行比较。方法回顾性分析2010-2013年在我院确诊为肾淋巴瘤患者9例13个病灶、肾透明细胞癌患者14例14个病灶、肾错构瘤患者13例16个病灶的声像图表现。结果 3/9例肾淋巴瘤为双侧多发病灶,与肾癌仅见单肾发生有差异(P=0.047);肾淋巴瘤与肾错构瘤病灶主体(P=0.025)、与肾癌血供(P=0.006)有差异;肾淋巴瘤与肾癌和肾错构瘤的病灶形态、回声、腹膜后肿大淋巴结分别有统计学差异(P=0.004,P=0.006;P=0.000,P=0.000;P=0.017,P=0.014)。结论肾淋巴瘤与肾癌、肾错构瘤声像图表现有所差异,加强认识,可提高超声的鉴别诊断能力。Objective To investigate the ultrasonic finding of the renal lymphoma（RL） by comparing with renal carcinoma（RC） and renal hamartoma（RH）.Methods 9 patients with 13 RL lesions,14 patients with 14 RC lesions and 13 patients with 16 RH lesions were involved.Results Three ninth patients with RL possessed multiple lesions,and it was statistically different with 14 patients with RC （P=0.047）.The subject position of the RL and RH and blood supplying of RL and RC had statistical difference respectively（P=0.025,P=0.006）.The shape and echo of the lesions and the retroperitoneal enlarged lymph nodes in the patients with RL had statistical significant differences with RC （P=0.004,P=0.000,P=0.017） andRH （P=0.006,P=0.000,P=0.014）.Conclusions Ultrasonic features among RL,RC and RH were incompletely the same.
