摘　　要：目的介绍腹膜后淋巴结转移瘤常用穿刺方法 ,为临床解决腹膜后淋巴结转移瘤特别是多发转移瘤的125I粒子植入治疗提供技术指导。方法对125I粒子治疗腹膜后转移瘤的穿刺方法进行总结。结果常用方法为平行针法、经脏器法、拓宽路径法和同轴针法。结论有效地联合本文提供穿刺方法,将125I粒子均匀植入病灶区,可提高125I粒子植入治疗疗效,同时降低并发症发生。Objective To introduce several commonly used puncture techniques for retroperitoneal lymph node metastases in order to provide technical guidance in performing125 I seed implantation therapy.Methods The puncture methods used at authors＇ interventional department in performing125 I seed implantation therapy for retroperitoneal lymph node metastases were summarized. Results The commonly used puncture methods included parallel needle puncturing technique, trans-viscera puncturing technique,broadening path puncturing technique and coaxial needle puncturing technique. Conclusion An effective combination use of various puncturing techniques to uniformly implant the radioactive125 I seeds into the lesion can improve the therapeutic result and reduce the occurrence of complications.
