肝脏疾病血清AFU与ALT、AST、GGT相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝脏疾病血清ɑ-L-岩澡糖苷酶(AFU)与丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)的相关性。方法:收集165例肝脏疾病患者血清,根据临床诊断不同,分为肝炎组、肝硬化和原发性肝癌组,每组55例,正常对照组60例;同时分别检测AFU、ALT、AST、GGT,对其结果进行分析;AFU、ALT、AST和GGT检测采用速率法。结果:各肝脏疾病组AFU、ALT、AST、GGT之间比较差异有统计学意义,其统计结果分别为AFU(F=76.995,P<0.05)、ALT(F=171.800 0,P<0.05)、AST(F=197.821,P<0.05)和GGT(F=188.304,P<0.05);肝炎组AFU与ALT、AST、GGT之间均存在正相关性(r=0.388,r=0.392,r=-0.429,P﹤0.05);肝硬化组AFU与ALT、AST、GGT之间均存在正相关性(r=0.531,r=0.533,r=0.382,P﹤0.05);但肝癌组AFU与ALT、AST、GGT之间均无相关性(r=0.203,r=0.145,r=0.206,P>0.05)。结论:肝脏疾病患者同时检测AFU、ALT、AST和GGT,更有助于观察肝脏的损害程度及预测病情的发展。Objective To explore the relationship between AFU and ALT, AST ,GGT of serum in liver disease. Method Serum samples of 165 patients of liver disease were collected and assigned into three groups （55 in each group） based on the diagnosis：Hepatitis group, Cir- rhosis group, Liver cancer group and 60 normal serum samples were control group. The levels of AFU,ALT,AST,GGT were detected by veloci- ty method. Results The levels of AFU ,ALT ,AST, GGT were statistically significant difference （ AFU ： F = 76. 995, P 〈 0. 05 ,ALT： F = 171. 800 0,P 〈0. 05 ,AST：F = 197. 821 ,P 〈0. 05 ,GGT：F = 188. 304,P 〈0. 05）. There was positive correlation between AFU and ALT,AST,GGT in Hepatitis group （r = 0. 388 ,r = 0. 392 ,r = -0. 429 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was positive correlation between AFU and ALT,AST,GGT in Cirrhosis group （ r = 0. 531, r = 0. 533, r = 0. 382,P 〈 0. 05 ）, while no correlation existed between AFU and ALT, AST, GGT （ r = 0. 203, r = 0. 145, r = 0. 206,P 〉0. 05） in Liver cancer group. Conclusion To detect the levels of AFU,ALT,AST,GGT of liver disease at the same time is benefit for observation of the liver damage extent and the development of disease.
