中药熏洗联合TDP照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究中药熏洗联合TDP照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法：将60例混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组30例给予中药苦参汤加减（苦参、黄柏各30 g,川椒10 g,白芷、蛇床子、地肤子、赤芍、野菊花、蒲公英各20 g）熏洗,10~15 min/次,2次/d。观察组30例在对照组的基础上联合TDP照射,30 min/次,2次/d。两组治疗均共7 d。结果：观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为86.66%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后第3天及第7天,观察组的水肿评分均低于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论：中药苦参汤加减熏洗联合TDP照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined TDP irradiation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema of anal edge. Methods： The 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema of anal edge were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group（ n = 30） were treated by Chinese medicine modified Kushen Decoction fumigation（ 10-15 min each time,2 times a day）. The components of modified Kushen Decoction subtraction are： kuh-seng,Amur cork tree Bark 30 g each; Capsicum Annuum 10g; Angelica dahurica,Cnidium,fructus kochiae,red paeonia,Wild Chrysanthemum,dandelion 20 g each. The observation group（ n = 30） cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined TDP irradiation（ 30 min each time,2 times a day）. The two groups were treated for 7days. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 33%,and the control group was 86. 66%. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. On the third day and the 7th day after the treatment,the edema scores of observation group were lower than the control group（ all P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined TDP irradiation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema of anal edge was effective and reliable,which is worth popularizing.
