摘  要:自发性模型动物是研究糖尿病、高血压和肥胖等疾病的有力工具,但是这些特殊的动物模型容易受环境及饮食的影响而产生变异。本文通过简要的诠释代谢组学这一新型研究手段,介绍这种方法在发掘特殊模型动物生物标志的应用,引出其用于监测特殊模型动物遗传质量的可行性和开发专门适用于这些特殊模型动物的饲料的必要性和前景,为以后的研究提供参考。Hereditary spontaneous disease animal models are powerful tools for the study of diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension and obesity etc. However, these special animal models are prone to be influenced by environment and diets. In this review, the metabonomics, a new research tool, to be used in discovering the biomarkers of these special animal models were introduced. The practicability of using these biomarkers to monitor the genetic quality of these special animal models and the necessity of developing the appropriate feeds for them were explained, so as to provide some references for future research.
