睫状体平坦部滤过术6年随访研究

摘　　要：目的评价睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗青光眼的远期效果。方法中国中医科学院眼科医院2005年至2014年接受睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗及术后临床观察满6年及以上的青光眼患者35例(35只眼),观察分析这些青光眼患者眼压、视力变化及手术安全性。结果通过为期6年的术后随访,接受睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗的各类型青光眼手术成功率为74.28%,总成功率为91.42%;30只眼视力稳定,3只眼视力提高;2只眼视力下降;且无严重术后并发症。结论睫状体平坦部滤过术对于各类型青光眼的治疗成功率较高,远期效果好,具有较高的安全性,易于操作。OBJECTIVE To make a long-term clinical evaluation of pars plana filtration technique for glau-coma surgery. METHODS A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical and surgical data from 35 eyes of 35 patients with different types of glaucoma who underwent surgery using pars plana filtration technique in Eye Hospi-tal, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, over a period from January 2005 to April 2014. A 6 year long-term follow-up was done to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the surgery on different types of glaucoma. RESULTS After 6 years long period of follow up, that pars plana filtration technique for glaucoma surgery was proved to be effective and safe for the treatment of glaucoma and also successful. Success rate was 74.28%and the conditions of success rate was 91.42%. The best correct vision of postoperative （30 eyes） was stable, and 3 improved and 2 decreased, had rare severe surgical complications. CONCLUSIONS Pars plana filtration technique was effective and safe for the treatment of glaucoma with high successful rate. It was easy to operate.
