摘　　要：干眼是由于泪液的质和量或流体动力学异常引起的泪膜不稳定和(或)眼表损害,从而导致眼不适症状及视功能障碍的一类疾病。本文对近年来应用针灸、电针、按摩、热敷、仪器和手术等非药物治疗干眼的情况进行了综述。Dry eye is due to the quantity and quality of the tear or appears instability caused by abnormal fluid dynamics and （or） ocular surface damage, which can lead to eye discomfort and apparent dysfunction of diseases. We summarized the application of acupuncture and moxibustion, electric acupuncture, massage and hot compress, instrument and operation status of non-drug treatment of dry eye.
