摘　　要：原发性阑尾黏液腺癌在国内外报道中罕见,且原发性阑尾黏液性肿瘤早期没有特异性症状、体征,其临床表现与阑尾炎、阑尾周围脓肿极其相似,故临床上极易误诊,绝大多数患者是在手术中或手术后行病理检查才得以确诊,这就要求临床医师提高警惕,并为患者做出正确的诊治.Primary appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma is rare. Early primary appendiceal mucinous tumors have no specific symptoms and signs, and their clinical manifestations are very similar to appendicitis or appendix abscess. As a result, they are often misdiagnosed clinically, and the vast majority of patients werediagnosed with this disease by pathological examination in or after surgery. Clinicians should raise their awareness of this disease to avoid misdiagnosis.
