气体填充预防硅油取出术后一过性低眼压

摘　　要：目的观察气体填充对硅油取出术后一过性低眼压的预防作用。方法回顾性临床病例对照研究。收集2011年4月至2014年4月在北京大学第一医院眼科行硅油取出术患者的住院资料进行研究。入选病例分为单纯硅油取出组及气体填充组。眼压低于6．5mmHg作为低眼压标准。对两组一过性低眼压的发生率进行比较。结果符合研究标准的共133只眼（121例）。其中单纯硅油取出组共108只眼，气体填充组共25只眼。单纯硅油取出组发生一过性低眼压28只眼（25．9％，28／108），气体填充组发生低眼压1只眼（4％，1／25）。两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=5．028，P=0．024）。结论气体填充可以有效预防硅油取出术后一过性低眼压的发生。Objective To observe the preventive effect of gas tamponadeon postoperative tran- sient hypotony after silicone oil removal. Methods A retrospective control study. The records of pa- tients who underwent silicone oil removal in Beijing University First Hospital from April2011 to April2014 were reviewed. The patients were divided into simplesilicone oil removal group and gas tamponade group. Postoperative transient hypotony was definedas an intraocular pressure lower than 6.5 mmHg occurring within 1 week of surgery. The incidence rate of hypotonybetween two groups was compared. Results The total of 133 eyes （121 patients） met the study criteria. There were 108 eyes in simplesilicone oil removal group and 25 eyes in gas tamponade group. Transient hypotony occurred in 28 eyes（25.9%） in simple silicone oil removal group and I eye （4%） in gas tamponaded group. There was significant difference between two groups （chi square test, t =5.028, P =0.024）. Conclusions Thegas tamponade can effectively prevent postoperative transient hypotony after silicone oil removal.
