囊袋减压术治疗白内障术后早期囊袋阻滞综合征疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨囊袋减压术治疗白内障超声乳化折叠式IOL植入术后早期囊袋阻滞综合征（ECBS）的临床效果。方法对2007年1月至2013年12月在浙江玉环县医院眼科就诊的11例（11只眼）白内障超声乳化折叠式IOL植入术后ECBS伴继发高眼压者行囊袋减压术，并对连续环形撕囊（ccc）直径过小者行二次撕囊或原CCC边缘放射状切开。结果所有术眼术后眼胀眼痛及头痛症状消失，视力提高，眼压恢复正常。裂隙灯检查见术眼前房深度正常，IOL位置良好，光学部平展，后囊膜与IOL光学部后表面贴附无间隙，前囊孔直径均较术前扩大，囊袋阻滞均有效解除。结论囊袋减压术治疗白内障超声乳化折叠式IOL植入术后ECBS疗效确切，安全有效。Objective To study the clinical effect of capsular decompression operation for early capsular block syndrome （ECBS） after cataract phacoemulsification with fold IOL implantation. Methods A clinical retrospective study. Eleven cases （11 eyes） of ECBS after cataract phacoemulsifi- cation with fold IOL implantation were undergone by capsular decompression operation. And second- ary CCC or margin radial cut were done for that with smaller diameter of CCC. Results The oph- thalmalgia and headache were disappeared, the visual acuity improved, the pupillary block disap- peared, and the IOP recovered to normal. The depth of anterior chamber were normal, the IOLs were in better position, the posterior capsules attached with the posterior surface of IOL optics with- out spaces, the diameter of anterior capsular holes enlarged and the capsular bags block relieved ef- fectively in all operated eyes by slit-lamp checking postoperatively. Conclusions The capsular de- compression operation for ECBS after cataract phacoemulsification with fold IOL implantation is cura- tive effect, simple and safe.
