摘  要:目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对高级别胶质瘤(HGG)和脑转移瘤(BM )的鉴别诊断价值。方法经手术病理证实的 HGG 19例(WHO Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)和 BM 18例,均为单发病灶。所有病例均在 GE 3.0T MRI 系统行常规和SWI 序列扫描。 SWI 序列原始数据的幅度图在 GE ADW 4.2工作站经最小密度投影(MIP)重建获得轴位 SWI 图像。分别逐层观察 SWI 图 HGG 与 BM 瘤内静脉分布、出血量情况,通过比较所得评分分析其统计学差异。结果 HGG 瘤内静脉多于 BM 者,且二者差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论应用 SWI 观察瘤内静脉对 HGG 与 BM 的鉴别诊断具有辅助意义。Objective To observe the value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in differentiation of high grade glio‐mas (HGG) from brain metastases (BM ) .Methods 19 cases of HGG (WHO III ~ IV grade) and 18 cases of BM were solitary lesion confirmed pathologically .All cases underwent routine MRI series and SWI series scan ,and SWI images were obtained with minimum intensity projection (MIP) on GE ADW 4 .2 work‐station .We observed SWI diagram of in‐tratumoral vein and bleeding distribution of HGG and BM layer by layer ,and scored according to the vein and bleeding score to analyze its statistical difference .Results The numbers of intratumoral veins of HGG were more than those of BM ,the result showed statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0 .05) .Conclusion Using SWI to observe intratumoral veins was help to differentiate HGG from BM .
