人工泪液预防急性结膜炎愈后干眼的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工泪液预防急性结膜炎愈后干眼的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月至2014年8月在我院门诊就诊的双眼急性结膜炎患者65例(130只眼),左眼实验组,右眼为对照组,双眼按急性结膜炎常规治疗,左眼加用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,急性结膜炎痊愈后第7天和第14天检测130只眼的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)、泪液分泌试验(ST),并两组相比较。结果 BUT在急性结膜炎痊愈后第7天和第14天数值实验组较对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FL在急性结膜炎痊愈后第7天和第14天数值实验组较对照组低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ST在急性结膜炎痊愈后第7天和第14天数值实验组和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工泪液在预防急性结膜炎愈后干眼的作用上有积极意义,在治疗急性结膜炎时可以考虑加用人工泪液,可以在一定程度上预防干眼的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of artificial tear on preventing dry eye after recovery from acute conjunctivitis. Methods Subjects were 65 patients （130 eyes）who recovered from binocular acute conjunctivitis and presented to our clinic for follow-up between February 2013 and August 2014. In these patients,left eyes were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and right eyes served as controls. Breakup time of tear film （BUT）,fluorescence staining （FL）and Schimer Ⅰtest （ST）were measured at the 7th and 14th day of the treatment. Results BUT was higher in left eyes in right eyes at the 7th and 14th days after the treatment. FL was lower than in the left eyes. These differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The difference in ST between left and right eyes was not significant. Conclusion Ar-tificial tear has positive effect in preventing dry eye after acute conjunctivitis. In the treatment of acute conjunctivitis,artifi-cial tear can be added to prevent or reduce dry eye symptoms.
