32例重复癌患者临床特征分析

摘　　要：对32例重复癌患者的病例资料进行统计分析。其中,第二原发肿瘤中消化系统类肿瘤占59.4%。23例有肿瘤家族史,占71.9%。在第一和第二原发肿瘤间隔时间方面,有肿瘤家族史的平均间隔时间为15.7月,无家族史的为96.8月。有家族史的平均总生存时间为62.9月,无家族史的为170.9月。Clinical data of thirty-two patients with multiple primary carcinoma were analysed. Among all cases,second primary carcinomas in digestive system accounted for 59. 4%. Twenty-three patients had family history of tumors,accounting for 71. 9%. The average interval between first and second primary carcinomas was 15. 7 months in patients with family history of tumors,and 96. 8 months in patients without family history. The overall survival was 62. 9 months in patients with family history,and 170. 9 months in patients without family history.
