IGF-2、IGFBP-2与结肠癌侵袭能力相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨IGF-2及IGFBP-2与反映结肠癌侵袭能力的MMP-2、TIMP-2相关性。方法:选择结肠癌患者87例,A期18例、B期29例、C期27例、D期13例,对各期患者血清IGF-2、IGFBP-2、MMP-2、TIMP-2进行检测。结果:B期患者IGF-2、IGFBP-2较A级出现显著升高,C期患者IGF-2、IGFBP-2较A级、B期均出现显著升高,D期患者IGF-2、IGFBP-2较A级、B级、C期均出现显著升高。B期患者MMP-2/TIMP-2较A级显著升高,C期患者MMP-2及TIMP-2较A期差异有统计学意义,MMP-2/TIMP-2较A期、B期患者均出现显著升高,D期患者MMP-2及TIMP-2及MMP-2/TIMP-2较A期、B期、C期差异具体统计学意义。IGF-2与TIMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2呈显著相关,IGFBP-2与TIMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2呈显著相关。结论:随着结肠癌分期的进展,IGF-2及IGFBP-2水平与结肠癌侵袭能力密切相关,是反映结肠癌侵袭能力的重要因子。Objective ：To investigate the correlation of IGF‐2 and IGFBP‐2 with colon cancer invasion a‐bility .Methods ：87 cases of colon cancer patients including stage A 18cases ,29 cases of patients with stageB ,stage C 27 cases ,stage D 13patients were enrolled .Serum levels in patients of IGF‐2 ,IGFBP‐2 ,MMP‐2 ,TIMP‐2 were detected .Results：IGF‐2 ,IGFBP‐2 in patients with stage B compared with A appeared significantly higher level , IGF‐2 ,IGFBP‐2 of C stage patients compared with grade A ,B were significantly higher ,IGF‐2 ,IGFBP‐2 of D grade compared with stage A ,B grade ,stage C were significantly .MMP‐2 /TIMP‐2 in B level patients compared with class A was significantly higher ,MMP‐2 and TIMP‐2 in stage C patients compared with stage A were any sig‐nificant different ,MMP‐2 /TIMP‐2 compared with stage A ,stage B patients were significantly higher ,MMP‐2 and TIMP‐2 and MMP‐2 /TIMP‐2 of stage D compared with stage A ,B ,C were any significant different .IGF‐2 and TIMP‐2 ,MMP‐2 /TIMP‐2 were significantly correlated ,IGFBP‐2 and TIMP‐2 ,MMP‐2 /TIMP‐2 were sig‐nificantly correlated .Conclusion：With the progress of colon cancer ,IGF‐2 and IGFBP‐2 levels are closely related to colon cancer invasion ability ,which is an important factor to reflect the ability of colon cancer invasion .
