医学生创业素质的目标定位及培养途径研究

摘　　要：实施医学生创业素质教育,是落实国家以就业带动创业、促进高校毕业生充分就业的重要举措。厘清当前医学生创业素质的培养目标定位,明确医学生创业素质的具体内容,通过构建"筛培式"培养模型,分阶段开展医学生创业素质教育,不仅能够激发医学生规划职业生涯和提升职业素质的自主意识,而且对培养有开创精神的优秀医疗卫生从业者及创业者均具有十分重要的现实意义。Entrepreneurial qualities education of medical students is significant for carrying out the national policies of facilitating entrepreneurship by accelerating employment and promoting full employment of college gradu-ates. Clarifying the contemporary training goals and specific content of medical students＇ Entrepreneurial qualities and building the model of “Screening and Training”, this kind of education can be implememted by stages. This measure can not only arouse the self-consciousness of medical students in planning careers and enhancing occupational qualities, but also have extraordinarily practical significance for cultivating outstanding practitioners and entrepre-neurs who have the initiative spirit in healthcare industry.
