摘  要:为了解香菇多糖对种鸡生产性能的影响,为香菇多糖在种鸡生产中的应用提供依据,选择400只170日龄健康农大褐三号种鸡,随机分成5组:A组饲喂基础日粮(对照组),B组饲喂基础日粮+香菇多糖150,g/t日粮,C组饲喂基础日粮+香菇多糖50,g/t日粮,D组饲喂基础日粮+香菇多糖100,g/t日粮,E组饲喂基础日粮+香菇多糖200,g/t日粮。进行为期30,d的饲养试验。结果表明:在日粮中添加香菇多糖50,g/t、150,g/t、200,g/t组的生产性能明显高于对照组(不添加香菇多糖),差异显著(P<0.05),其中以添加200,g/t的效果最好。To study the influence of lentinan on production performance of breeder chickens and provide basis for its applicationin breeder production, 400 170-day-old healthy Nongda No. 3 breeders were randomly divided into 5 groups. GroupA(control group) was only fed with basal daily food;Group B was fed with basal daily food and lentinan (150,g/t). GroupC was fed with basal daily food and lentinan (50,g/t). Group D was fed with foundation daily food and lentinan (100,g/t).Group E was fed with foundation daily food and lentinan (200,g/t). The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showedthat compared with the control group,the production of group C, group B and group E were significantly higher and thedifference was significant(P〈0.05). The group E performed the best among these groups.
