摘  要:以定量70 g·m-2的胶版印刷纸为对象,研究了定量降低对纸张性能的影响,并对低定量化的加填工艺进行了探究。结果显示:定量从70 g·m-2降低到67 g·m-2后,纸张的厚度、不透明度、抗张强度和耐折度下降较大;用PCC或硅酸钙加填可以有效地提高纸张的厚度和不透明度,较适合作为纸张低定量化的填料;用PCC或硅酸钙与GCC复配加填可以在改善纸张厚度和不透明度的同时,降低对纸张抗张强度和耐折度的影响。The influence of reducing paper weight was studied, and experiments about filling technique in light-weight paper were made. The result showed that thickness, opacity and strength decreased when weight reduced from 70 g·m-2 to 67g·m-2. PCC and calcium silicate were more suitable for light weight paper because they can improve thickness and opacity. Mixed filler, which was made by mixing PCC or calcium silicate with GCC, can not only improve thickness and opacity, but also minimize the affect on strength.
