摘　　要：芮经为明代宁夏名医,医术精湛,然史籍关于他的记载仅《乾隆宁夏府志》中"通脉理,修治丸散尤精,往往有奇效,一时重之"18字。墓志铭的出土为了解其生平、医术提供了重要材料,可补史之阙。本文在墓志铭考释的基础上,对其遵奉《内经》《难经》之旨,精通脉理,强调八纲辨证,重视脉诊等医学思想进行了阐述。Rui Jing was a famous doctor with excellent medical skills in Ningxia Province during the Ming Dynasty. However, there are only 18 Chinese characters recording him, which can be translated into English as: “He was proficient in veins, especially good at using pills and powders, which were always extremely effective, thus had gained considerable fame for a time” inQianlong Ningxia Fu Zhi. The excavation of epitaph provides important data for understanding his life and medical skills and narrows the previous gap in historical studies. Based on the interpretation of epitaph, this article presented his medicine ideas of following the principles inNei JingandNan Jing, being proficient in veins and attaching great importance to pulse taking.
