摘 要:目的:了解三甲医院护士职业紧张的状况,为改善护士的职业倦怠水平提供科学依据和建议。方法:采用一般情况调查量表、MBI工作倦怠量表,对江苏省、安徽省、上海市7所三甲医院的1144名护士进行调查,分析护士职业倦怠现况。结果:三甲医院护士职业倦怠问卷的情感耗竭维度得分(24.72±11.60)分和去个性化维度得分(8.86±6.28)分,为中度倦怠,个人成就感维度得分(29.75±9.60)分,为高度倦怠。与M氏职业倦怠常模情感耗竭、去个性化和个人成就感比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄和职称是情感耗竭的影响因素(P<0.05),年龄、工龄和职称是去个性化的影响因素(P<0.05),工龄、职称是个人成就感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护士处于较高的职业倦怠水平,医院管理这应高度重视,制定人性化的管理制度及给予护理人员更多的关爱与帮助;护士应增强个体应对职业倦怠的能力,采取积极有效的应对措施。Objective:To analyze the condition of job burnout among nurses in the three-A hospitals and provide scientific basis and recommendation for improving the condition of nurse burnout.Methods:The status of nurse burnout had been analyzed among 1144 nurses in seven three-A hospitals of Jiangsu Province,Shanghai and Anhui Province by adopting the general survey scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI).Results:The emotional exhaustion score was(24.72±11.60)and the depersonalization score was(8.86±6.28),which showed moderate-level burnout;the personal sense of accomplishment score was(29.75 ± 9.60),which showed high-level burnout.Compared with normal emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and the personal sense of accomplishment of M's professional burnout,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Older age and higher job title were factors affecting emotional exhaustion(P <0.05);older age,long working years and high job titles are factors affecting depersonalization(P <0.05);length of service from 5to 15 years are factors affecting personal sense of accomplishment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurses are at a higher level of burnout.The hospital management should attach great importance to the development of user-friendly management systems and give nurses more care and assistance,and meanwhile nurses should enhance the individual ability to deal with burnout and take positive and effective counter measures.
