二参三草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚湿热证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察二参三草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚湿热证的临床效果。方法:选取四川三台县中医院在2012年5月-2014年7月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎中医辨证属脾虚温热证患者41例,全部采用二参三草汤治疗,观察患者的治疗效果和出现的副作用。结果:16例患者治疗显著,23例患者治疗有效,仅有2例患者治疗无效。结论:采用二参三草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有非常好的治疗效果,患者症状恢复快,安全性高,可以在临床治疗中推广和应用。Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Er’shen Sancao decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 41 patients as the object of this study, were given the Er’shen Sancao decoction. Results: The patients in the treatment of 6 cases of significant, 23 patients effective, only 2 invalid patients. Conclusion: The Er’shen Sancao decoction has a very good therapeutic effect for chronic atrophicgastritis, high safety, and can be popularized in clinical application.
