温经通络汤联合甲钴胺分散片中西结合治疗坐骨神经痛

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析温经通络汤联合甲钴胺分散片中西结合治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法:选取我院2010年1月-2013年10月收治的坐骨神经痛患者60例,按照随机数字分组法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予甲钴胺分散片治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用温经通络汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:温经通络汤联合甲钴胺分散片中西结合治疗坐骨神经痛疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the Wenjing Tongluo decoction plus mecobalamine on sciatica. Methods: 60 patients with sciatica were divided into the treatment group and the control group; two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment; the treatment group were given the Wenjing Tongluo decoction more. Results: The efficiency in the treatment group was 96.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%), P<0.05. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The Wenjing Tongluo decoction plus mecobalamine on sciatica was significantly effect, worthy of clinical application.
