中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及对肝脏CT值的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药疏肝消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效及治疗前后肝脏CT影像学差异。方法 60例确诊为非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予调节饮食结合适当运动进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用疏肝消脂方,分析比较治疗后3个月后两组CT、临床及生化指标变化情况。结果治疗组临床治疗总有效率93.33%,对照组86.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组ALT、AST、TC及TG等肝功能各项指标均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗组肝CT值及肝/脾CT比值均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组肝CT值及肝/脾CT比值均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝消脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,CT定量技术评估中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效方法安全、准确。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Treatment of Nonalcoholic fatty liver and liver CT imaging efficacy differences before and after treatment. Methods 60 cases diagnosed as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients, The control group received diet and adequate exercise to adjust for treatment, the treatment group took Shugan Xiaozhi Fang on this basis, Analysied and comparison of the two groups CT, clinical and biochemical indicators of change in three months. Results The treatment group in the total efficiency of 93.33%, 86.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Compared with the control group, the ALT, AST, TC and TG and other indicators of liver function of treatment group were improved, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; compared with before treatment, the treatment of liver and liver CT value / spleen CT ratio were increased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; After treatment compared with the control group, the treatment of liver and liver CT value / spleen CT ratio were increased, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Xiaozhi Fang treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease significantly, CT quantitative techniques to assess medical treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease method is safe, accurate.
