摘　　要：目的探讨先天性视网膜劈裂症的发病机理、临床表现以及分子生物学研究进展。方法回顾和分析1例曾误诊为弱视的先天性视网膜劈裂症患儿的诊治过程和相关检查。结果该例患儿经过专科以及基因检查明确诊断。结论儿童眼科医生应该提高对于该疾病的认识,减少误诊。Objective To investigate the pathogeny,clinical manifestation and molecular biology progress of congenital retinoschisis disease. Methods Review and analysis the treatment and relevant inspection of 1 case of children had been misdiagnosed as amblyopia. Results The patient got clear diagnosis after specialist and gene examination. Conclusion Pediatric ophthalmologist should improve understanding of the disease and reduce the misdiagnosis.
