摘　　要：目的:探讨前牙继发性唇向扇形移位的原因和治疗方法。方法:选择前牙继发性扇形移位患者35例,根据临床症状采取正畸矫治术、牙周夹板固定术、复合树脂修复等不同方法进行处理。结果:采用各种方法针对不同病情进行治疗后,能恢复正常咬合关系,效果比较满意。结论:前牙继发性唇向扇形移位发病原因复杂,应在进行牙周基础治疗的基础上,积极采取措施干扰病情发展,延缓牙齿松动脱落,恢复正常咬合关系。Objective To investigate the cause and treatment of anterior tooth sector displacement. Methods Choose 35 patients Secondary sector shift of anterior teeth,According to the clinical symptoms,use orthodontic treatment,periodontal splints,composite resin restoration and other different methods of treatment. Results Using various methods to treat the different conditions,could restore the normal occlusion relationship,the effect was satisfied. Conclusion Anterior teeth secondary lip to fan-shaped shift of complex causes,we should be on the basis of periodontal basic treatment, and actively take measures interfere with the progression of the disease,delay loose teeth fall out, recovery of normal occluding relation.
