纤维板层型肝癌三例磁共振成像表现及文献复习

摘　　要：目的结合纤维板层型肝癌(FL-HCC)的临床病史、实验室检查及影像学表现分析,进一步加深临床对其认识。方法回顾性分析经病理活检证实的3例FL-HCC患者临床资料。结果患者多较年轻,症状及体征常不突出,常规实验室检查多无异常,腹部影像学可见到肝部巨大肿块。结论 FL-HCC为临床极少见的原发性肝癌,多见于青年人,多无肝炎及肝硬化病史。影像表现具有一定特征性,同时需结合临床资料,进一步提高FL-HCC的准确诊断。Objective Based on combination of clinical history,laboratory tests and imaging features of fiberlamellar hepatocellular carcinoma（FL-HCC） patients,Further to study this disease in clinic. Methods Three cases of FL-HCC confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Most patients were very young with unclear symptom and physical sign.Almost normal laboratory test,but huge tumor showed on image. Conclusion FL-HCC is a kind of rare primary hepatic carcinoma.Diagnosed almost in young people.most patients have no history of hepatitis and cirrhosis,therefore,based on typical features on image. Combination with clinical informations,we would have more accurate diagnosis of FL-HCC.
