摘  要:目的探讨雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)在人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,Her-2)过表达型乳腺癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理间关系。方法 Her-2过表达型乳腺癌136例为观察组,同期三阴性乳腺癌45例为对照组,2组采用Envision法检测AR表达情况,分析AR不同表达情况与临床病理间的关系。结果观察组AR阳性表达率(71.3%)明显高于对照组(26.7%)(P<0.01);观察组淋巴结转移者AR阳性表达率(87.0%)高于未转移者(55.2%),Ki67(+)者AR阳性表达率(63.7%)低于Ki67(-)者(86.7%)(P<0.05),AR阳性表达率在年龄、肿瘤直径、是否绝经、TNM分期、组织学分级是否存在脉管浸润、表皮生长因子受体、CK5/6是否阳性上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Her-2过表达乳腺癌中AR的表达率高,其AR的表达可能为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。Objective To explore the expression of androgen receptor (AR) in human epidermal growth factor receptor- 2 (Her-2) enrich breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathologic parameters. Methods The expression of AR in 136 patients with Her-2 enrich breast cancer (observation group) and 45 patients with triple negative breast cancer (control group) by Envision method. The relationship between AR expression and clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results The positive rate of AR was significantly higher in observation group (71.3~) than that in control group (26.7 % ) (P〈0.01). In observation group, the positive rate of AR was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than that in patients with no lymph node metastasis (87.0% vs 55.2%), and was lower in patients with positive Ki-67 than that in patients with negative Ki-67 (63. 7% vs 86. 7%) (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the positive rate of AR in the age, diameter of tumor, menopause or not, TNM stage, histological grade, vessel invasion, epidermal growth factor receptor and CK5/6 (P〉0.05). Conclusion AR is highly expressed in Her-2 enrich breast cancer, which may be an ideal therapeutic target for breast cancer.
