摘 要:将碳纳米管(Carbon nanotubes,CNTs)和分散剂溶液混合后,经过超声、涂膜、干燥、裁剪的步骤,制得CNTs薄膜。通过测定CNTs薄膜的方块电阻和透光率的关系来评价CNTs的导电性。以市售的NC7000的方块电阻-透光率的数据作为参考,对比NC7000 CNTs、F-9000 CNTs和以乙烯为碳源、Fe-Co/Al2O3为催化剂,在700°C制备的CNTs的导电性。采用SEM、TEM、XRD、BET和TG对制备的CNTs进行表征,并且研究反应温度对所制备的CNTs导电性的影响规律。结果显示,测定CNTs薄膜的方块电阻和透光率的关系来评价CNTs的电子导电性有一定的意义和可靠性。制备的CNTs和NC7000 CNTs的导电性接近,优于市售的F-9000 CNTs的导电性。随着反应温度的升高,制备的CNTs的管径变粗,对应的CNTs的导电性变差。The CNT films were obtained through mixing carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with dispersant solution by sonicating, coating,drying and cutting steps.The relationship between the sheet resistance and light transmittance of the CNT films was determined to evaluate the conductivity of CNTs. The conductivities of the NC7000 CNTs, the F-9000 CNTs and the CNTs synthesized by thermal decomposition of ethylene on Fe-Co/Al2O3 catalyst at 700 ℃ were compared with the data of sheet resistance-light transmittance of commercially available NC7000 as a reference. The synthesized CNTs were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, BET and TG and the influence of preparation temperature on the electrical conductivity was studied. The results indicate that, measuring the relationship between sheet resistance and light transmittance of the CNT films to evaluate electronic conductivity of the CNTs is of certain significant and reliable. The electronic conductivity of the synthesized CNTs is comparable to that of NC7000 and better than that of commercially available F-9000 CNTs. With the increase of the prepartion temperature, the diameters of the CNTs increase and the corresponding electrical conductivity of CNTs get worse.
