摘 要:于2013年11月6~23日对黄渤海进行了现场调查研究,对42个大面站以及A7、E7两个垂直站位进行了采样及环境参数的测定,研究了该海域海水中的9种胞外酶活性的水平及垂直变化.结果表明:秋末黄渤海表层海水中,9种胞外酶的平均活性由高到低排列为碱性磷酸酶[77.31nmol/(L·h)]〉脂肪酶[23.59nmol/(L·h)]〉β-D-葡萄糖苷酶[3.87nmol/(L·h)]〉木糖苷酶[2.63nmol/(L·h)]〉α-D-葡萄糖苷酶[1.58nmol/(L·h)]≈纤维素酶[1.47nmol/(L·h)]≈几丁质酶[1.29nmol/(L·h)]〉肽酶[1.09nmol/(L·h)]〉β-D-半乳糖苷酶[0.74nmol/(L·h)];表层海水9种胞外酶的活性大都呈现出黄海大于渤海,即南高北低的变化规律;表层海水中的β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性和纤维素酶活性与温度呈现弱的正相关(P〈0.05),β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性与盐度呈现弱的正相关(P〈0.05),而其他几种胞外酶活性与环境因子和叶绿素a含量的相关性均不显著(P〉0.05);A7和E7两个站位的胞外酶活性的垂直分布显示不同胞外酶的活性在不同水深有明显的差异,基本表现为表层、10m和30m的活性高于50m、75m和底层的活性.Field investigation was conducted in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea between 6th to 23rd, November, 2013. Sea water samples were collected from 42 survey stations and two vertical stations A7 and E7, and the environmental parameters of the samples were analyzed. Horizontal and vertical variations of activities of nine extracellular enzymes in the study area were studied. The results showed that: The mean activities of nine extraceUular enzymes in the surface seawater of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea in late autumn ranked from high to low as the following order: Alkaline Phosphatase [77.31nmol/(L·h)]〉 Lipase [23.59nmol/(L·h)]〉 β-D-Glucosidase [3.87nmol/(L·h)]〉 Xylosidase [2.63nmol/(L·h)]〉 a-D- Glucosidase [1.58nmol/(L·h)] =Cellulase [1.47nmol/(L·h)] ; Chitinase [1.29nmol/(L·h)]〉 Leucine aminopeptidase [1.09nmol/(L·h)]〉 β-D-Galactosidase [0.74nmol/(L·h)];Generally, activities of the extracellular enzymes in the surface seawater of the Yellow Sea were higher than those in the Bohai Sea; indicating a high to low pattern of the activities from south to north in the research area; The activities offl-D-Glucosidase or Cellulose in surface seawater showed weak positive correlation with temperatures (P〈0.05) and fl-D-Glucosidase showed weak positive correlation with salinities (P〈0.05). No significant correlation was found between other extracellular enzyme activities and environmental factors or contents of chlorophyll a (Chl a) (P〉0.05);Vertical variations of the activities of the extracellular enzyme showed that the activities of most extracellular enzymes at surface, 10m and 30m water were higher than those at 50m, 75m and the bottom water.
