酸枣仁汤联合帕罗西汀治疗老年广泛性焦虑症相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨酸枣仁汤联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效和安全性。方法采用单盲随机对照研究选取105例老年广泛性焦虑的患者随机分为酸枣仁汤联合帕罗西汀组(治疗组)和帕罗西汀组(对照组),进行治疗和随访6周。以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效,同时据不同指标观察各组安全性。结果治疗1周后,治疗组HAMA评分(16.05±1.66),对照组HAMA评分(19.55±1.35),实验组的HAMA评分较对照组显著下降(P<0.05);两组治疗6周后,治疗组HAMA评分6.90,对照组HAMA评分为7.92,均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗6周内随访,治疗组的不良反应发生率明显小于对照组,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁汤联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴广泛性焦虑安全、有效;与单用帕罗西汀相比较,起效更快,不良反应更少。Objective： To investigate the curative effect and safety of Sanzaoren Decoction and paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods： Through single-blind randomized clinical study, the 105 cases of elderly generalized anxiety patients were randomized into treatment （combining Sanzaoren Decoction and paroxetine） and control （paroxetine） groups treated and followed up for 6 weeks. The curative effects were evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and the medicating securities were measured by observing different indicators. Results： After 1-week treatment, the HAMA score of the treatment group was （ 16.05 ± 1.66） significantly lower than （ 19.55±1.35 ） of the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） ; after 6-weeks treatment, the HAMA scores of the treatment group and the control group were 6.90 and 7.92 respectively, both significantly decreasing in comparison of those before treatment （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. With 6-week follow-up treatment, the incidence of ad- verse reactions of treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant between them （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： It is safe and effective for depression patients with generalized anxiety disorder to be trea-ted by the combination of Sanzaoren Decoction with paroxetine, which takes effects faster than the paroxetine alone with lesser adverse reaction.
