摘 要:目的探讨湖南汨罗药用玫瑰挥发性成分的动态积累,为确定药用玫瑰最佳采收期提供依据。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到3类样品的挥发性成分,并用GC-MS分离鉴定其化学组分。结果通过GC-MS共鉴定出44种化学成分,在鲜花蕾、鲜花及干花中分别分离鉴定化合物22种、30种、21种。用峰面积归一化法得出各化学成分在挥发性成分中的相对含量,分别占总成分的89.42%、93.20%、95.70%以上。结论为药用玫瑰的综合利用及开发提供了理论依据。Objective To explore the dynamic accumulation of the volatile ingredient of Rosa rugosa Thumb. in Miluo area, and provide scientific basis for its best time of collection. Methods Volatile oils of 3 samples were obtained by steam distillation and identified by GC-MS. Results A total of 44 compounds were identified by GCMS. The amounts of chemical components separated and identified in the flower bud, fresh flowers and dried flowers were 22, 30 and 21 respectively. The mass fractions of the components determined by area normalization method were more than 89.42%, 93.20% and 95.70%. Conclusion This study provides a reference for the further development and utilization of Rosa rugosa Thumb..
