大型电网企业凝炼关键情报课题的途径与方法

摘　　要：国外竞争情报工作经验表明,成功开展竞争情报工作要从关键情报课题入手。本文采用文献调研、案例分析和归纳推理的研究方法,以南方电网为实例,探讨了大型电网企业的关键情报课题范围和特点,并提出了大型电网企业凝炼关键情报课题的途径与方法,包括对情报需求的准确表达、内网与外网信息资源的有机融合、加强关键情报用户与情报工作者的互动、培养关键情报课题的文化、建立关键情报课题的反馈机制、建立关键情报课题库保存记录。Foreign competitive intelligence work experience shows that key intelligence topic is the important approach of successful competitive intelligence work. Literature research, case study and inductive reasoning approaches are adopted in the study, and Southern Power Grid is chosen as an instance of the study. Then scope and characteristics of key intelligence topic of large power grid corporations are discussed. And ultimately approaches of large power grid corporations condensing key intelligence topics are proposed, including：accurate expression of the demand for intelligence, integration of information resources within and outside the network, interaction between intelligence users and intelligence workers, cultivation of the culture of the key intelligence topics, establishing feedback mechanism of key intelligence topics, establishing database of key intelligence topics.
