六经下利证治辨析

摘　　要：下利是临床中常见的病症,在《伤寒论》中论述极为详细,载有其条文有八十余条,太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴皆有下利证治。作者就《伤寒论》中有关下利的证治按六经进行分类浅析,通过分辨明析六经下利证候,对合理使用经方,提高临床施治下利病证大有裨益。Diarrhea is a common clinical illness which is discussed in detail in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. Eighty pieces of article mentioning diarrhea are cited in the book,indicating that diarrhea can be treated according to various meridians such as Taiyang Meridian,Yangming Meridian,Shaoyang Meridian,Taiyin Meridian,Shaoyin Meridian,and Jueyin Meridian.This study briefly analyses diarrhea from the perspective of Six Meridians in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. By distinguishing and analyzing the Law of Diarrhea,this thesis is valuable for making the full use of the classical prescription and improving clinical treatment of diarrhea.
