摘　　要：目的观察八珍汤加减方联合FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法将90例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组采用FOLFOX6方案,治疗组在此基础上加服八珍汤,疗程结束后观察2组近期疗效、生存质量(KPS)评分以及不良反应。结果治疗组近期疗效、KPS评分以及中位生存期均优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤联合FOLFOX6方案治疗晚期结直肠癌具有较好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Bazhen decoction combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy in treating metastatic colorectal cancer.Method Ninety cases of patients with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy.The patients in treatment group were treated with bazhen decoction combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy.To observe the short-term efficacy,quality of life（KPS score）and toxic and side effect.Results The short-term efficacy,KPS score and median survival time of treatment group were apparently higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,and the toxic and side effect of treatment group were apparently less than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bazhen decoction combined with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy has obviously effect in treating metastatic colorectal cancer.
