基于校企合作的高尔夫校外实践教学基地建设——以南沙高尔夫球会为例

摘　　要：我国高校高尔夫教育发展了近18个年头。高尔夫行业的快速发展,加大了对高尔夫相关专业人才的需求;但由于场地、师资、教材等制约因素,导致高校人才培养与当行业实际需求脱节,一定程度上阻碍了高校人才培养目标的完成和社会人才需求的满足。文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、个案研究法等方法以校企合作的个案为研究对象,深入了解双方合作的具体内容,剖析双方在校企合作的基本模式,同时分析合作存在的不足并提出相关建议。The development of golf education in Colleges and universities of China has been almost 18 years. The golf industry has a rapid development, has increased the demand for golf related professionals; but due to venue, teachers, teaching materials and other factors constraint the personnel training in Colleges and universities, and when the actual needs of the industry is out of touch, to some extent, hinders university personnel training objectives and meeting the social demand of talents. The article uses the methods of literature, interview and case study to study the case of enterprise-school cooperation. In depth understanding of the specific content of the cooperation between the two sides, the basic mode of cooperation between the two sides are studied, and the shortcomings of the cooperation are analyzed and relevant proposes are recommended.
