摘  要:通过断口宏观和微观形貌及显微组织观察、化学成分检测等方法,分析了轿车轮毂轴承法兰盘在精加工过程中断裂失效的原因。结果表明:轿车轮毂轴承法兰盘属脆性断裂,零件在中频感应加热淬火过程中,在精加工过程中,大R角部位出现的过热和过烧现象是导致轿车轮毂轴承法兰盘断裂的主要原因;裂纹源萌生于大R角表层,在机加工外力作用下,裂纹迅速扩展,直至开裂。The reasons for fracture failure of car hub bearing flange in finishing process were analyzed by observation of macroscopic and microscopic fracture morphology, microstructure and detection of chemical composition. The results show that the car hub bearing fl ange broke as brittle fracture mode. The main reasons of car hub bearing fl ange fracture were overheating and overburning in large R corner in middle frequency induction heating processes. Cracks initiated from the surface of the large R corner, and expanded rapidly until fracture under the action of external force in machining.
