摘　　要：药物治疗是前列腺癌有效的治疗手段之一,而耐药性的问题极大干扰了对前列腺癌患者的治疗。本文对前列腺癌的耐药机制研究进展进行了详细的综述,为抗前列腺癌药物的治疗提供新思路和新靶标。Drug therapy is one of the efficient methods for prostate cancer treatment. However, drug resistance greatly hindered the treatment of prostate cancer patients. Herein, the mechanisms of drug resistance in prostate cancer have been exhaustively reviewed, and that can provide an alternative strategy and new targets for anti-prostate cancer therapy.
