IGF-2及IGFBP-2与结肠癌进展的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨IGF-2及IGFBP-2与CA125、CA19-9、CEA等反映结肠癌进展指标的相关性.方法选择到陕西能源职业技术学院就诊的91例结肠癌患者,A期21例、B期29例、C期28例、D期13例,对各期患者血清IGF-2、IGFBP-2、CA125、CA19-9、CEA进行检测.结果 B期患者IGF-2、IGFBP-2较A期出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C期患者IGF-2、IGFBP-2较A期、B期均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),D期患者IGF-2、IGFBP-2较A期、B期、C期均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B期患者CEA较A期显著升高(P<0.05),C期患者CEA、CA125、CA19-9较A、B期均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).D期患者CA125、CA19-9、CEA较A、B、C期均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).IGF-2与CEA、CA19-9呈正相关(P<0.05),IGFBP-2与CEA、CA19-9呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论随着结肠癌分期的进展,IGF-2及IGFBP-2水平与结肠癌进展密切相关,有助于结肠癌分期的评估.Objective To investigate the correlation of IGF- 2 and IGFBP- 2 with CA125,CA19- 9 and CEA which indicated colon cancer progression.Methods Ninety- one cases of colon cancer patients including stage A21 cases,29 cases of patients with stage B,stage C 28 cases,stage D 13 patients were enrolled. Serum levels in patients of IGF- 2,IGFBP- 2,CA125,CA19- 9 and CEA were detected.Results The serum levels of IGF- 2,IGFBP- 2 in patients with stage B compared with A appeared significantly higher（P〈0.05）, The serum levels of IGF- 2,IGFBP- 2 of C stage patients compared with grade A,B were significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of IGF- 2,IGFBP- 2 of D grade compared with stage A,B,C grade were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.The serum levels of CEA in B level patients compared with class A were significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of CA125,CEA,CA19- 9 in stage C patients compared with stage A were any significant different（P〈0.05）. CA125,CA19- 9,CEA of stage D compared with stage A,B,C were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.IGF- 2 and CA19- 9,CEA were significantly positively correlated（P〈0.05）,IGFBP- 2 and CA19- 9,CEA were significantly positively correlated（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With the progress of colon cancer, IGF- 2 and IGFBP- 2 levels are closely related to colon cancer progression,which is an important factor to staging colon cancer.
