华生关怀理论对中晚期肝癌化疗栓塞患者的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析华生关怀理论对中晚期肝癌化疗栓塞患者的护理.方法选择中晚期肝癌患者83例,随机分为对照组(41例)及观察组(42例),分别对不良反应、心理状态、生活质量进行评估.结果观察组不良反应发生虽随略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).对照组及观察组干预后SAS、SDS、DAS评分均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预后SAS、SDS、DAS较对照组均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后自觉症状、心理情绪状态、躯体功能、日常生活等显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但社会活动评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论华生关怀理论可显著改善中晚期肝癌化疗栓塞患者焦虑、抑郁状态,并提高生活质量,是提高该类患者护理质量的良好方式.Objective To analyze the effect of Watson care nursing theory on advanced liver cancer patients. Methods 83 cases of advanced liver cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,there were 41 cases,42 cases, resepectively.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the observation group accepted humane care nursing theory of intervention, the side effects of TACE, SAS,SDS and DAS score and quality of life were measured.Results Between the control group and the observation group,the side effects of chemotherapy showed no difference（P〈0.05）.SAS,SDS,DAS scores of the control group and observation group significantly decreased（ P〈0.05）.After the observation group intervention,SAS,SDS,DAS compared with the control group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.The psychological and emotional state,physical function,daily life of the observation group compared with control group were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,but the social activity score showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The humane care nursing theory can significantly improve the anxiety,depression and improve the quality of life in patients receiving chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer,which is a good way to improve the quality of care in these patients.
