摘 要:目的研究四川省副溶血性弧菌毒力基因携带及抗生素的耐药情况,为副溶血性弧菌疾病防治提供科学依据。方法运用多重荧光定量PCR对2006年-2013年共计290株副溶血性弧菌,进行耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)和相关溶血素基因(trh)检测,用肉汤稀释法测定8种抗生素的耐药性。结果 290株菌中有22.4%的菌株仅携带tdh基因,0.7%的菌株仅携带trh基因,0.3%的菌株同时携带tdh和trh毒力基因。59株临床分离株中57株均仅携带tdh基因,检出率为96.6%。290株副溶血性弧菌仅有11株(3.8%的菌株)出现耐药。结论四川省副溶血性弧菌临床分离株多携带tdh毒力基因,食品分离株毒力基因携带率低,副溶血性弧菌分离株对抗生素敏感性较高,大多数现行临床使用的抗生素药物都是有效的,菌株的毒力基因携带与否和耐药无必然联系。Objective To study the carrying of virulence gene and the antibiotic resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Sichuan,so as to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods Using multiplex fluorescent quantitative PCR,from 2006 to 2013,total 290 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected for the thermostable direct hemolysin( tdh) gene and related hemolysin gene( trh),and drug resistance of 8 kinds of antibiotics were determined by broth dilution method. Results Of the 290 strains,only 22. 4% carried tdh gene,and only 0. 7% carried trh gene,while the 0. 3% strain carried tdh and trh virulence genes simultaneously. 59 clinical isolates only 57 strains carried tdh gene with the detection rate of 96. 6%. Out of 290 strains of bacteriolytic,there were only 11 resistant strains( 3. 8% strains). Conclusion The clinical isolates of V. parahaemolyticus in Sichuan mainly carried tdh virulence gene,the V. parahaemolyticus carrying rate of food isolates was low,the susceptibility of V. parahaemolyticus to antibiotic was relatively high,but most of the antibiotics used in clinic are effective. Whether strains carry virulence genes or not were not necessarily associated with the drug resistance.
