摘　　要：针对国际贸易人才市场需求出现的新特点:一方面地方综合性高校国贸专业学生就业难;另一方面外向型企业招聘不到合格的外贸人才所呈现的结构性矛盾,探讨地方综合性高校国际贸易专业应如何明确国贸人才培养定位,根据外贸工作岗位群,培养"懂外贸、善操作、会外语"的高素质人才。并对现有专业课程体系进行调整,推动实践教学改革,从而提高学生就业竞争力,改善地方综合性高校国际贸易专业就业难的困境。this paper analyzes the new characteristics of the requirement in the foreign trade personnel market： on one hand, the students＇ employment of international trade major in the local comprehensive universities is low, on the other hand export-oriented enterprises can＇t recruit enough qualified foreign trade talents. Therefore, the local comprehensive universities should adjust their appropriate cultivation aims, and have their own characteristics in training professional and technical talents who master foreign languages according to the requirements of foreign trade business. However, the reform and innovation of curriculum system, teaching methodology, practical teaching, etc. should be carried out and promoted so as to make students more competitive in future employment market.
