开放大学低值易耗品管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：开放大学后勤管理信息化是指在开放大学后勤管理、服务的各个层次和各个方面,采用先进的计算机、通信、互联网等信息技术和产品,充分整合和广泛利用学校内外的信息资源,提高管理与服务水平的过程。针对目前开放大学对低值易耗品管理中存在的重视程度不够、资金来源渠道多、添置领用不规范等问题,引进计算机管理,开发低值易耗品管理信息系统,在降低学校办学成本、提高资金利用率的同时,逐步实现低值易耗品管理的科学化、规范化、系统化。Informationization of logistics management in open universities refers to every aspects of logistics management and service of open universities. It is a process in which informationized technology and products like advanced computer, communication,and internet, etc. are adopted.Meanwhile,information resources both inside and outside campuses are fully integrated and widely used in order to improve management and service level in every level. We are Facing with problems like inadequate attention,varied financial sources, insufficient standard in purchase and acquisition in low value consumption goods management.In order to resolve the problems, we need introducing the computer management and developing low value consumption goods management system for institutions. Thus the efficiency of fund utilization can be increased, at the same time low value consumption goods management will gradually grow scientific,standardized and systematic.
