摘　　要：针对近年冬季服役于我国北方寒冷地区的高速动车组频繁出现的制动盘异常磨耗问题,提出了基础制动防冰雪吹风系统方案,以减少制动盘异常磨耗情况的出现。通过理论计算、试验模拟等手段确定系统参数及零部件选型,最终形成完整的系统搭建方案。通过型式试验和环境模拟试验,验证了本系统功能能够满足预期要求,充分证明了本系统设计的合理性和有效性。An icing against system scheme for fundamental brake device is proposed in this paper because of the brake disc＇s abnormal wear problem appearing frequently on EMU serving in north area of China.The system parameters and parts selection are confirmed by theoretical calculating and testing emulation,and the complete system building scheme is accomplished finally.Type tests and environmental simulative tests can prove the reasonability and availability of this system fully.
